How forgiving are you?

Forgiving 79%Wound-depth 83%

This metric analyzes your conflict style by measuring two separate and independent forces within you. It's normal to score high on both at the same time:

  • Wound-Depth:Measures your sensitivity to the emotional impact of conflict. A high score here means you feel the hurt, anger, and stress from a disagreement very deeply, and your emotional reaction is strong and immediate.
  • Forgiveness:Measures your strong drive to repair relationships. A high score here means that, motivated by trust and concern for others, you seek to move past disagreements and restore harmony.

The Balance is Key: Your final conflict style is determined by the balance between these two scores. If your "Forgiveness" score is higher, your desire to repair typically overcomes your initial hurt. If your "Wound-Depth" score is higher, your emotional reaction can be so strong that it overshadows your desire to forgive.
