For the free personality test and B5+ paid reports

1) Who we are

The bigfive.ly website, free Big Five test and B5+ reports are provided by GLORIAPR LTD (“BigFive.ly”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales (No. 16313878) at 182-184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

2) Acceptance

By accessing the free test or purchasing any B5+ report you (a) accept these Terms & Conditions, (b) confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live), and (c) have authority to bind your organisation if acting on its behalf.

3) Definitions

Report – a personalised, digital B5+ personality report generated from your test ID.

Packages – paid tiers (Personal, Career, Elite) with differing metrics.

Demo Report – non-personalised sample preview.

4) Product, Delivery & Free Test

4.1 The free test provides immediate on-screen results; no purchase is required.

4.2 Paid Reports are personalised digital content generated automatically from the same test ID.

4.3 Package contents are shown at checkout; minor layout differences from Demo Reports may occur.

4.4 Delivery is typically instant after payment but may take up to 24 hours during technical issues.

4.5 Delivery method: we send a secure link to your email. Keep the link and any credentials safe.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

5.1 Prices are displayed at checkout and may include taxes where applicable.

5.2 Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorise charges to your chosen method.

5.3 You are responsible for any bank, FX, or card-issuer fees.

5.4 We are not currently registered for UK VAT or EU OSS VAT.

6) Non-Refundable

6.1 All sales are final. Reports are personalised digital content supplied immediately.

6.2 EU/UK consumers: by paying you request immediate performance and waive the 14-day withdrawal right once generation begins (per consumer law).

6.3 Discretionary refunds only for: duplicate purchase of the same package; non-delivery caused solely by us if unresolved within a reasonable time; confirmed payment fraud. Refunded licences are revoked.

7) Chargebacks & Disputes

7.1 Contact support@b5.ly first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

7.2 We may contest unfounded chargebacks and recover associated fees.

7.3 We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or excessive disputes.

8) Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades between packages are supported for the same Result ID when you use the original purchase email; you pay only the price difference. Downgrades, partial refunds, or retroactive price adjustments are not offered.

9) Licence & Intellectual Property

9.1 We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use your Report for private, non-commercial purposes.

9.2 All intellectual property in the platform, algorithms, and report templates remains ours or our licensors’.

9.3 You must not copy, scrape, resell, or create derivative works except where mandatory law allows.

10) Prohibited Uses

You must not (a) resell or redistribute Reports; (b) scrape or automate access without written consent; (c) reverse engineer our systems; (d) use the service unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.

11) No Professional Advice

Reports are informational/educational only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, hiring, or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.

12) Accuracy & Availability

12.1 We strive for quality but do not warrant the Reports are error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

12.2 Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or force-majeure events.

13) Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties.

13.2 Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Report giving rise to the claim.

13.3 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

13.4 Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., fraud, death/personal injury, mandatory consumer rights).

14) Indemnity

You will indemnify us against losses or claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the service.

15) Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the free test or purchasing a Report you consent to such processing, including international transfers under recognised safeguards where applicable.

16) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law. Your licence ends upon termination.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change and material changes will be notified on the site or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

18.1 These Terms (and any non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

18.2 Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of England & Wales, subject to mandatory consumer-protection law.

18.3 United States users – Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver: disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules; no jury trial or class action, except individual small-claims court matters.

19) Severability, No Waiver, Assignment

If any provision is unenforceable it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the rest remains in force. No waiver is implied by delay or failure to enforce. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
