These scores separate what you expect from yourself from how much pressure you feel while trying to meet those expectations.

Personal Standards: How strongly you aim to do things properly, stay organized, meet responsibilities, and follow through.

Inner Pressure: How strongly uncertainty, mistakes, deadlines, or being evaluated may weigh on you.

These are separate tendencies. Your standards can be high while the pressure you feel is low, or the other way around.

What this means

These scores separate what you expect from yourself from how much pressure you feel while trying to meet those expectations.

  • Personal Standards
How strongly you aim to do things properly, stay organized, meet responsibilities, and follow through.
  • Inner Pressure
How strongly uncertainty, mistakes, deadlines, or being evaluated may weigh on you.

These are separate tendencies. Your standards can be high while the pressure you feel is low, or the other way around.

How to interpret

Low

Read each score separately. Lower Personal Standards suggests more flexibility about planning and completion. Lower Inner Pressure suggests that mistakes, deadlines, or evaluation weigh less heavily.

Medium

A score near the middle indicates a usual level of that tendency. The two scores can still differ from each other.

High

Higher Personal Standards suggests careful planning and follow-through. Higher Inner Pressure suggests that mistakes, deadlines, or evaluation may weigh more heavily.

More details

Personal Standards draws on Achievement-Striving, Dutifulness, and Orderliness. Inner Pressure draws on Anxiety, Self-Consciousness, and Vulnerability. The two results are compared with the reference group separately; they are not combined into one score.

Dogmatism
B5+
Estimates how firmly you may hold to a view when you encounter new ideas or opposing evidence. Higher scores combine less openness to alternative perspectives with a more guarded, uncompromising social style. This describes a general belief style and carries no political direction.
