Our privacy policy
Last updated: 27 July 2025
GLORIAPR LTD (trading as BigFive.ly) is the data controller for this website and the B5+ report. We are registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16313878) with our registered office at 182-184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. This privacy policy explains what we collect, on which legal bases, how long we keep it, your rights, and how to contact us.
What data do we collect?
We collect the minimum data needed to provide the free test and the paid B5+ report. This includes: identity and contact data (e.g., name, email, billing details if you purchase), test and report data (your answers and generated scores/metrics), technical/usage data (IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed), transaction/tax data, consent logs (what you agreed to and when), and any information you send to support. We do not intentionally collect special-category data unless you voluntarily provide it in free‑text fields.
Data from 'Save with Google'
If you choose to save your results using your Google Account, we securely collect and store (with your explicit consent) your name, email address, and profile picture URL to link them to your results. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account.
We never collect or store your Google password.
We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation for EU/UK visitors) and may use Meta/Facebook Pixel to understand how users interact with our site and measure campaigns. In the EU/UK, these non-essential cookies are only set after you give consent, and you can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings”.
Google Analytics does not allow the collection of personally identifiable information. Read more about its privacy practices here.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide most of the data we process when you take the test, buy a B5+ report, or contact support. We also collect certain technical data via cookies or similar technologies. In the EU/UK, we do not set non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics/marketing) until you have opted in.
How do we use your data?
We use your data to: (1) provide the free test and generate/deliver your B5+ report (legal basis: contract); (2) run analytics and marketing where you consent (legal basis: consent); (3) secure and improve our services and prevent fraud (legal basis: legitimate interests); and (4) meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (legal basis: legal obligation).
